The project
The multimedia performance attempted through speech, dance and music to trace the life of a nameless woman, embodied by three women from three different generations, who sang, danced and spoke about love, illness, stagnation, confusion, retrospective laconicism and optimism. The performance toured in Switzerland and Germany.
My responsibilities
As production manager I was responsible for a smooth process. I was in charge of organizational arrangements with musicians, artists, venues, and the team, oversaw budgeting and planning, made travel arrangements for the tour, and produced press material. Last but not least my responsibilities required to find ways of transporting the main piece of the stage setting, a round, revolving stage of 6m cross-section dimension which truly required quite a bit of sweat!
